RIBBON BURNER

KEY FEATURES:

  • Rugged Construction: Our ribbon burners are manufactured taking into consideration the customers heating requirements. For lower temperature applications, we use mild steel. For higher temperature applications, we use stainless steel or alloy steel.

  • Spark Ignition: Lighting up the burner is done using spark igniters. Ignition is instantaneous over the entire flame space and shutoff is immediate without any flashback.

  • Ribbon Burner Design: We can supply custom designed ribbon burners with different shapes and configurations depending on the application. Proper spacing and sizing of the flame ports is used to engineer the required flame velocity and flame length.  

  • Flame Sensing: Our burners are designed to provide a steady flame with superior temperature uniformity. We supply our ribbon burners with UV sensors and flame rods.

  • Turn Down Ratio: Our burners have a very wide turndown ratio assuring that heating can be controlled with accuracy. 

APPLICATIONS:

Our Ribbon Burners are used for direct heating in multiple industries. It can be used for low, medium and high temperature applications:

  • Food Processing:  Baking of food items require uniform distribution of heat along with a steady rise in temperature to ensure good quality products. Our ribbon burners can be used to supply the heat required for these and other applications in the food industry. 

  • Preheating: Many industries require preheating their products before further processing to ensure the integrity of their final products. We can supply ribbon burners to the metals and minerals industries for such application. 

  • Flame Curtain: Furnaces and Kilns may require flame curtains to minimize the infiltration of ambient air into the heating zone.  Our ribbon burners serve the purpose of creating this separation so that there is no disruption to the furnace/kiln atmosphere.

  • Vessel Heating: Certain applications require heating of vessels prior to further use. Our Ribbon burners can be used to supply the uniform heat required for proper heating of vessels.
