PLANTS
Wesman designs, builds and installs complete sand handling
systems for storage, mixing, conveying, recovery, cooling, drying, and reclamation
of foundry sand. Wesman sand plants are custom-built to end-user
specifications and can be offered fully automated with PLC control or
semi-automated depending on customer needs. Wesman also offers a standard range
of compact and cost-effective mini-sand plants with mullers and intensive

Wesman is the market
leader for sand mixers. Our high-demand range includes
roller-type mullers and S-blade type core sand mixers. A new energy-efficient
intensive mixer range comes via technical collaboration with Belloi &
Romagnoli Srl Italy. Five decades of experience in designing
and installing fully mechanized and automatic sand plant systems for top-level
foundries puts us far ahead of our competitors. NO-BAKE
FOUNDRY EQUIPMENT
Wesman entered the no-bake foundry equipment field in
1994 through a joint venture to make molding, core-making, and chemically
bonded sand reclamation equipment. Knowhow is provided by Dependable Foundry Equipment Co. and Redford-Carver Foundry Products, divisions
of Tromley.
